Moroccan Food Feast

We got to attend a wonderful feast on Wednesday celebrating the school's full accreditation. The teachers worked very hard towards this goal for the past few years, particularly last year. It was wonderful to see staff and their families and students and parents gathered to enjoy a wonderful 4 course Moroccan meal. It was our first time eating pastilla (see the photo). This flaky pie was stuffed with seafood and was just amazing!!! There was even dancing at the end. Most people dressed up in traditional Moroccan wear... we still need to get some. I'm (Sarah) looking forward to picking out the fabric and having a lovely caftan or djellaba made. It's fun to see all the different styles and colors.
