A pretty picture, an ugly picture, and an Oliver-in-an-apron picture.

Sorry it has been two weeks since we last posted! We do now have an internet connection where we live, though it is somewhat unreliable. I thought you'd enjoy a photo of Ollie helping me make some pancakes for lunch one day a while ago, one of my newly henna-ed feet, and a nasty one that Kirk took of dead cockroaches and the means of their demise. About the henna, Oliver and I got to go with a friend of ours and her little boy to visit a woman in a nearby neighborhood. Though she doesn't have a fancy home, or "much" to offer, she served us tea and
homemade pastries and decorated our feet with care.
We will try to get on here more frequently now!! We enjoy hearing from you all, thanks for leaving comments and emailing us.
